Advance booking is required. This voucher is valid only during Ramadan. Vouchers cannot be extended or accepted after the expiry date. The original voucher must be presented at the time of redemption. The total value of the voucher must be used at the time of redemption. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sofitel Al Hamra will not be held liable for vouchers which have been lost or stolen.
